Multifamily Apartments
Our typical profile for commercial multifamily investments are value-add B-class apartments in landlord-friendly states which are experiencing a population inflow along with several marquee employers.
Build-to-rent
Build-to-rent (BTR) investments are typically 5-10 year projects requiring capital raise for foundation and site prep (horizontal phase) followed by another raise for home construction (vertical phase).
Future Investments
Beyond apartments and BTR asset types, Clive Capital will diversify into related commercial real estate projects and other financial instruments and will invite its passive investor clients to participate.

Minimum investment
At Clive Capital, we always endeavor to keep our investment minimums—the floor for investing in an opportunity—low compared to industry standards. That said, our partners may designate a higher minimum based on level of interest or other capital requirements.
Investor type
Certain opportunities are only open to accredited investors (506(c)), and as such, you may need to be pre-qualified if you are a new investor to Clive Capital. Be sure to view the details for the investment to determine target investor requirements.
